Sentenced: Robert Leonard Chunn  - Five years prison, lifetime probation, sex offender registration  

In February 2007 during a proactive investigation, a detective of the Illinois AGs ICAC Wheaton, PD developed information about a trafficker of unlawful images. The source of the images was traced to Phoenix Arizona. A detective of the AZ ICAC/Phoenix PD continued the investigation and developed information resulting in a search warrant for the Phoenix residence of Robert Chunn. In October 2007 a search warrant was served at Chunns dwelling. Chunn was an unmarried 26 year old electrician who lived with his girlfriend. Evidence was seized and Chunn made admissions to the offenses. He was arrested and charged with only nine of the many images and videos in his computer. The Maricopa County Attorneys Office handled plea negotiations. On June 20, 2008, Chunn plead guilty to reduced charges: two counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor (child pornography). 

Judge John R. Ditsworth of the Maricopa County Superior Court sentenced him to five years prison, lifetime probation, sex offender registration and other penalties.
