In May 2009, an investigation by the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led to Roy Lawrence Piechocki.  In February 2010, Piechocki was indicted for ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor (child pornography) in the Maricopa County (Arizona) Superior Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Piechocki works with computers in the information technology industry.  Piechocki is a citizen of the United Kingdom and may have fled there.
